Your journey begins in Srinagar, where you'll explore the Mughal gardens, Hazratbal Shrine, and Pari Mahal. The day wraps up with dinner and an overnight stay in Srinagar. 

Day 2 takes you to Sonmarg for a glacier trip, or you can choose to visit Doodhpathri or Yusmarg, each offering unique natural beauty. You'll return to Srinagar for dinner and rest.

On Day 3, you'll head to Pahalgam via scenic routes and explore Betab Valley, Aru Valley, and Chandanwari at your own pace. Another overnight stay in Pahalgam follows.

On your arrival at the Srinagar International Airport, you will be taken for a 35-minute drive through the heart of New Srinagar city, passing the Abdullah Bridge which connects the banks of the Jhelum River. Visit the famous Mughal gardens of Nishat garden, Shalimar garden, Cheshmashahi, Hazratbal Shrine, Shankaracharya Temple  & Pari mahal, we will explore the gardens and later drive back to the Srinagar for dinner and Overnight stay at Srinagar

After breakfast, drive to Sonmarg. Cross the town of Kangan, Mammar, Gagangir. Once you reach Sonmarg, take a 3-hour walk or horseback trip to the Thajiwas glacier. After returning, visit the small town market. Dinner & night stay at Srinagar.

After Breakfast in the morning, proceed towards Doodhpathri (valley of milk). It is located in the Beerwah area of Budgam. You can see beautiful tangnar, mujh pathri (valley of turnips) etc. Doodhpathri is a bowl-shaped valley in the pir panjal range of the Himalayas. It has natural meadows which are covered with snow in winter. Later drive towards Srinagar. Dinner and overnight stay at Srinagar.

Srinagar to Pahalgam | approx 2:20 Hrs per way - 90 Km |

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and we drive to Pahalgam via Pampore, Awantipura and the village of Bijbehara which remains famous as the breadbasket of Kashmir. We switch from the national highway 1A at Khanabal and drive through the second largest city of Anantnag. From here the road turns scenic as we drive parallel to the Lidder River flowing in the opposite direction. In Pahalgam, check in at the hotel. Later you can visit many breathtaking places like Betab Valley, Aru valley & Chandanwari at your own cost. Later in the evening return to your stay at Pahalgam.

Pahalgam – Gulmarg | approx 3:30 Hrs per way - 142 Km |

After breakfast in the morning, Check out from the Hotel, and proceed towards Gulmarg. En route, you get to see the beautiful Tangmarg town and drive ahead on a scenic drive of 14 kilometers to Gulmarg. Arrive at Gulmarg early in the afternoon and check in to the Hotel. Later, begin a short tour, boarding the Gondola cable car system (the 08 minutes ropeway). Descend back to Gulmarg after an hour and later indulge in some horse-riding. Dinner and night stay at Hotel in Gulmarg.

  • - 45 days prior to arrival no cancellation charges (only 15% Processing Fees), (this is not valid for group Bookings)
  • - 45 days to 25 days prior to arrival -35% of the tour/service taken
  • - 25 days to 15 days prior to arrival -50% of the tour/service taken
  • - 15 days prior to check-in date 100% cancellation charges (NO REFUND).
  • - Check In-Out at 12:00 noon (Early check-in / late checkout in the hotel as per availability only 
  • Note – In Peak Season above policy will not be applicable.
  • Guests will have to reach the Pick-Up Point at designated time on their own.
  • Station to Hotel and Hotel to station transfers are not provided due to high cost of private cabs in Europe. It is recommended to use local cabs or metro for the same.
  • The Traveler shall strictly adhere to the agreed payment schedule.
  • In case of non-adherence of the same, StreetRomeo Travel Planner may provide a maximum extension of three days upon specific written request of the Traveler at its sole and absolute discretion In case of non-compliance of payment terms, StreetRomeo Travel Planner reserves the right to cancel the booking.
  • Any amendments/additions to package (dates, inclusions, itinerary etc), will be done at an extra cost to the customer.
  • Changes made to the package will be made as per cancellation policy of the original package and customer has to bear the cost incurred due to this.
  • StreetRomeo Travel Planner does not encourage changes and modifications to bookings once they are made. However, facilitation of changes related to postponement or rescheduling of the already booked package is the sole discretion of the StreetRomeo Travel Planner under permitted circumstances.
  • StreetRomeo Travel Planner shall not be held liable for any impact due to change in original itinerary by the traveler and this is subject to mutual agreement and discussion between traveler and StreetRomeo Travel Planner.
  • The Traveller shall be processed refund after adjustment of the all applicable charges as per concerned policies of StreetRomeo Travel Planner.
  • Cancellation amount/charges will be calculated as per total booking amount, irrespective of whether full booking amount has been paid or not.
  • 100% amount needs to be paid for flight tickets in advance for issuance of tickets If flight fare has increased/decreased by the time payment reaches us, then the same shall be borne by the client and the quotation would be revised accordingly.
  • Any change in the itinerary post booking whether inclusions or exclusions, as the case may be shall be the prerogative of the Customer in agreement with StreetRomeo Travel Planner.
  • Please remember that all special requests like early check-In, late check-out, smoking room, non-smoking room, views, floors, king bed, twin bed, adjoining and/or interconnecting rooms are strictly subject to availability upon arrival and same cannot be guaranteed prior.
  • Cost of expenses of personal nature at the place of stay, such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar etc. not mentioned in the inclusions will have to be borne by the traveller.
  • For SIC (i.e. shared) transfers, please reach SIC pick up spot at least 10 minutes prior to actual timing any delay by passenger in reporting on time may lead to loss of service and will not be refundable by StreetRomeo Travel Planner.
  • The itinerary is designed in a manner so that all the sightseeing/activities may be enjoyed sufficiently and they are covered within the stipulated time period.
  • It is advised that travellers follow the advice of agent/driver and manage their time well. If a few or more sightseeing are missed due to extension of stay over the advised time-period at a particular attraction, then the driver/agent/ StreetRomeo Travel Planner may not be held liable for the same.
  • Customers can not change the itinerary during the trip unless the same has been pre-informed and assented by the travel agent and /or StreetRomeo Travel Planner.
  • StreetRomeo Travel Planner does not guarantee the hotel services and food quality. However, we suggest that in case of any concerns, kindly inform the StreetRomeo Travel Planner immediately so that timely action may be taken.
  • StreetRomeo Travel Planner /travel agent do not take guarantee for any services revoked from the hotel without prior notice.
  • StreetRomeo Travel Planner shall not be liable for any losses incurred by the travelers due to violation of rules of local government.
  • In case on any currency fluctuations or amendment in local Government taxes, StreetRomeo Travel Planner reserves the right to adjust the tour price accordingly.
  • For meals included in the package as part of sightseeing/activity, the menu is pre-set and specific choice of meal may not be available.
  • StreetRomeo Travel Planner/travel agent is not liable for the care of personal items of travelers during the trip. Any loss or damage of any valuable items like mobile, tab, gold etc is purely customer responsibility.
  • Customers should take responsibility of their own luggage. Cab drivers do not provide porter services and cannot be held liable for any such loss.
  • Vouchers provided by the travel agent against the booking need to be verified by the traveler and any discrepancy should be brought to notice within 24 hours from the date of receipt of the vouchers.
  • In case of force majeure cases (such as curfew, riots etc), StreetRomeo Travel Planner shall not be liable for any losses made thereof. Circumstances amounting to &ldquoforce majeure&rdquo include any event which we or the supplier of the service(s) in question could not even with all due care, foresee or forestall such as (by way of example and not by way of limitation) war, threat of war, riot, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, acts of God, adverse weather conditions, and all similar events In case local attractions are closed for maintenance/weather conditions/government orders/strike/curfew/natural calamity/other unforeseen reasons, StreetRomeo Travel Planner /travel agent will try its best to reimburse the traveler appropriate amount against the same in case refund is possible. However, StreetRomeo Travel Planner /travel agent are not obligated for the same and cannot be held liable against it.
  • Traveler hereby acknowledge that it shall be his responsibility to provide required s like PAN, Aadhaar etc. as may be required from time to time. Failure to do so by the Traveler is subject to penalty imposed by the government and StreetRomeo Travel Planner over and above the T&C of cancellation.
  • In the view of dynamic external environment, you are required to stay abreast of all guidelines/ flight timing changes/ adherence requirements as per government norms and policies.
  • It shall be your responsibility to keep a track of such announcements and changes along with the adherence of the same. StreetRomeo Travel Planner will have no responsibility in case of failure or lapses from your end.
  • Passport of all travelers need to have 6 month validity from the date of departure. In case of any confusion about applicability of passport w.r.t. trip departure, kindly get in touch with booking agent or StreetRomeo Travel Planner advisor at the earliest.
  • Embassies and Consulates will not accept passports for visa issuance and travel in the below mentioned conditions
  • If the passport has been issued with a validity of 20 years
  • If the passport is not machine-readable, i.e., if it is handwritten
  • If the passport will expire within the next six months of travel
  • If you do not have enough visa pages. There is no provision of additional booklets/pages
  • If the passport is damaged in any way (such as water spots, torn pages, thread off)
  • Travelers are advised to check that passports are valid and eligible for international travel.
  • StreetRomeo Travel Planner or affiliated parties will not be liable for passport being declared ineligible for entry/exit Visa issuance is not under the authority of the StreetRomeo Travel Planner
  • Travelers are advised to comply with requisite visa formalities
  • StreetRomeo Travel Planner or travel agents will not be liable for any Visa rejections and Hotel cancellation policies would still stand as they are In the event of change in Visa fee, the additional fee must be borne by the traveler
  • Standard check-in timings of hotels are 2 pm and check-out is 11 am. Early check-in and late checkout will be available as per hotel availability and hotel rules
  • Visa fees are non-refundable once the visa has been applied.

  • Passport Validity: Passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the date of travel (9 months for Malaysia). Failure to comply may result in denial of boarding or visa rejection.
  • PAN Card Requirement: For any cash payments of INR 50,000 or more per booking, a copy of your PAN card is mandatory, as per government regulations.
  • Booking Deposit: If you reserve your holiday by paying an initial deposit of INR 5,000 for domestic trips or INR 10,000 for international trips, this amount is non-refundable. Should the remaining balance not be paid or the holiday is canceled by you, the deposit will be forfeited.
  • Final Payment & Voucher Issuance: Final vouchers will only be issued once full payment has been received by StreetRomeo Travel Planner. No travel s will be provided until payment is complete.
  • Payment Deadlines: Full payment must be made at least 15 days before the departure date. If payment is not received by this time, the booking will be deemed canceled, and cancellation fees will apply.
  • Air Ticketing Terms: For air tickets issued or blocked within the time limit, the full INR component must be paid before ticket issuance. Prices may change if payment is not completed before the issuance deadline.
  • Customized Packages: The customer acknowledges that customized packages are created according to their specific preferences. No claims regarding the combination, pricing, or type of services included in the package will be entertained after confirmation.
  • Availability: All bookings are subject to availability at the time of final confirmation. StreetRomeo Travel Planner cannot guarantee the availability of any package components until booking is confirmed.
  • Package Inclusions & Changes: The final price is based on the inclusions selected by the customer. Any changes to the package components will result in an updated price. The customer&rsquos final confirmation will reflect the exact components they selected and reviewed at the time of booking.
  • Price Variations: Prices for the same package may vary depending on market conditions and seasonality. The price is not fixed, and any claims regarding price discrepancies will not be entertained.
  • Service Taxes & Government Levies: All applicable service taxes, as per government regulations, will be added to the final price and must be paid in full before final payment is made.
  • Exclusions: Package prices do not include special dinners, mandatory hotel charges, or fees imposed by hotels during New Year, Christmas, or other special occasions. These additional charges will need to be settled directly by the traveler.
  • Per Person Pricing: Prices displayed are per person, based on double occupancy. For example, a cost of INR 30,000 per person means two adults sharing the same room throughout the trip. The total cost will be calculated as INR 30,000 x 2, plus applicable taxes.
  • Flexible Payment Terms: Payment schedules vary based on the advance purchase period and package inclusions. However, in cases of dynamic airline pricing or during peak season, we may request an increased payment before issuing final vouchers.
  • Price Adjustments Due to Currency or Cost Fluctuations: The prices listed are based on exchange rates and supplier costs at the time of package creation. StreetRomeo Travel Planner reserves the right to adjust prices in response to currency fluctuations, fuel cost changes, or high-season surcharges imposed by suppliers or airlines. Any such price changes must be settled in full before departure. Visa fee changes, if applicable, will also be the responsibility of the traveler.
